Hi there
You know most of place sell green in 1Gb as unit ( may be some exception), but I'm quite find with that size and few variety buying at once, This end up usually 3~5kg of greens on hand waiting to roast. Considering shipping I thing that is quite economical option.
Since my actual consume rate may slow, so I need to store the greens few month or more.
So how do you store your greens?
Keep it in the brown bag that they shipped top you in dark cool place?
Do you change the bag to something else?
Do you store them in air tight container?
I do normally kept in original bag witch is already labelled and stowed in dark/cool place. But I'm thinking if that worth getting some big enough airtight storage box and put those brouwn bag in it.
How do you store green beans?

Dry, dark, and room temperature (cool but not cold).
Cloth or paper bags are best to allow some air movement.
So what you are doing is best.
