new kaffelogic

Post by Raglan »

Hi, I just received my Kaffelogic on Wednesday 19th April, and the USB is
faulty.
Just put it in and it said "Scanning the USB", the next thing it said "
Error Check this device".
When I pushed "Profiles" . . . nothing.

What's the story?

Thanks,
Raglan.

If your memory stick is faulty please contact customer support at kaffelogic.com/help for a replacement.

Meantime you can make your own with any other memory stick that you have. Using Kaffelogic Studio you can put all of the core profiles onto the memory stick and away you go.

I have put all the memory profiles onto my memory stick, I pushed "profiles". It went "K-logic classic" Then I pressed Profiles again, it went )-1200m Rest. Then it goes K-logic classic again ???

How do I go through the list of Profiles ???

You are doing the correct thing on the roaster. The problem will be the memory stick.
  • Make sure the memory stick is good by putting it in your laptop and performing a check. Ideally use a freshly formatted memory stick.
  • Use Kaffelogic Studio to copy the coffee profiles to the roaster

  1. Download, install, and open Kaffelogic Studio. Download here.
  2. Select Tools> View memory stick > Core profiles > Copy/replace all core profiles
  3. Also recommended, reset your roaster: hold down the ▸ button while you switch on the power to the roaster.

Thanks,

I've sorted all my Roaster Problems. Phew . . . it was a mission, but thanks to Steve, I have profiles to experiment with.
