I am new to this machine (nano 7) after being gifted it by my father in-law, they just upgraded out to a larger semi-professional sized roaster. It has the Boost and the new chaff collector, but it currently just has the stock profiles.
The first batch I attempted was 150 g and it came up with an error saying thermal runaway? and left the batch seriously varied with some beans being burnt and others barely roasted.
I have about 3 kg of Brazilian beans and would like to try experiment with some med-light roasts. I currently make espresso on a breville barista express and get pretty decent results from our current medium-light roasted beans. I am scrolling through the community pages now, but any help would be much appreciated
