CS & Roasting Levels

#3415

Post by Luke Lennard »

I have had a search to no avail so asking here first. Does anyone know what approximately roasting levels are equivalent to CS levels on coffee snobs, or is it dependent on too many factors? The more I read this the more I think it’s a silly question :D

It depends on the profile unfortunately. They're all different so, for instance, a 3.0 "medium" might be a light brown on one profile, it might be almost blond on another or oily and past second crack on another. All depends on what has been set in the profile.
