Help! Problems with Boost, thermal runaway, thermal dip

Hola Everyone,

My name is Gian Carlo and I'm from Peru. Last march I bought the KL and the boost in Europe from Roast rebels and brought it with me to Peru.
I started a project 2 years ago exporting micro lots of Peruvian specialty coffee from Peru to Europe and I needed a device to help me testing the samples.
Since then I'm having several problems with the boost, "thermal runaway" and few times pop up "thermal dip", at least until now I lost half of my samples trying to make it work (around 6kg to the trash).
Always I need to cross my fingers before I start to roast the coffee beans. I did several fan calibration but continued with the same problem, I tried with different weights but still the same problem.
Could someone help me to find a solution for that?
Is really frustrating now.
