This will happen occasionally due to the USB connection dropping and nothing needs to be done, but if it becomes persistent you will need to contact your supplier for diagnosis to determine if there is a fault.

Thank you, has become an issue , new message " There is a problem synching with the roaster.(sys err). Re-format on-board memory might fix it."
Went into kaffelogic help and was directed to articles, followed the instruction that were clear and precise, and issue fixed.
